Family Friendly-Spacious-Hot Tub-King Bed-Games Rm

I wanted to welcome my new sister in law to the family by a girls weekend away with our moms and her grandmother. We arrived and were able to gain entry rather quickly.

Excellent property. We would stay here again and most likely will at some point in the future.

Overall a good house for our group. The size was nice but it lacked warmth and wasn't ready when we got there. The deck with hot tub was not shoveled off. They claim it was because of snow storm but the snow was frozen and was at least 18inches high! The weight on the deck didn't seem safe. The hot water heater was not working properly, they sent out a plumber to fix. Then on our second day we ran out of propane so stove and fireplace didn't work. I understand that things happen but being on top of propane and hot water should be a priority. When they say only one towel per person, they mean it, we had to buy towels at Walmart so kids could do hot tub.Overall the skiing at Attitash was good but for the money, I would choose another home.

House was as great as advertised. Check-in process was easy and everything in the house worked well. Fully recommend anyone looking for a fun weekend away

Overall we were very happy with this property! It was very clean and had modern updates with plenty of space for our families. I will say I was bummed with the portable AC units. They were loud, one was leaking, and one smelled very musty. I make sure the listing offers air conditioning prior to booking and this was listed as such. But for me, next time I will confirm the type. Location was perfect for us as we enjoyed echo Lake and Saco River.
