Very easy and clear communication. Very peaceful location. The beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, we expected a lot more for what we paid. Many reviews before us stated the fact that the three sliding glass doors do not lock and that has yet to be fixed. That was quite offputting. There was an unacceptable amount of cobwebs in the home, and dead bugs inside the light fixtures in the upstairs bathroom. There are random gross stains throughout the carpet, and some of the furniture. The full bath felt a little unsafe with no grab bar and very slippery tub. There was mold and mildew in the tub as well, and the faucet kept coming apart. If you’re approaching the backyard from the front yard, it’s extraordinarily unsafe. The only Safeway to get into the backyard is coming through the inside down the new set of steps, but we were not aware of that until we got there and went around back. There was just a lot of random stuff around and the place is definitely unfinished. We expected more for what we paid.

Great updates to the location. The kitchen sliders need replacing as you probably know. The main glsss panel fell out of track, and you can’t lock either slider Besides that we enjoyed the place and will rent again

I stayed here with my sister for our first annual Sisters Getaway. It was just what we needed. Quiet private, but very close to all that Conway/North Conway has to offer.

The house was great for what we needed and will be coming back again. Our complaint was that none of the three sliders to the back porch opened without a fight but the house manager said those will be upgraded in the fall.

Property was just as described and more. Quite with lake view and access to put canoe into the water. The fire pit was perfect with chairs already set up. Set up inside was great. The light switches were the only downside. There were so many that went to nothing we could figure out. The sliding doors were also not the easiest to use, impossible for kids but seeing as I didn’t want them out without us anyway I wasn’t bothered by it. The kitchen is fully stocked but if you’re not use to stainless steal or cast iron, I recommend you bring a pan or two of your own and maybe a few plastic cups if you have kids. Would definitely stay again.
