Luxurious & Lofty Mountain Retreat!

The house was very clean and has more than the minimum of dishes and silverware. The dishwasher was broken but we were made aware of this and provided with a credit. The house is really well located and perfect for a family ski weekend.

The property is nicely located for visiting surrounding hiking trails and points of interest .We visited some great local restaurants and shops and went on The Cog Railway, which was wonderful! The house is comfortable and nicely furnished, and the hot tub was a big hit! There were thoughtful little surprises waiting for us, and Abbey and her team were quick to answer any questions before and during the trip. Thanks so much for everything!

This property is owned by a management company. The owners and staff of the company have never stayed at the property and it shows. When we arrived, the code they gave us to get in did not work. I reached out to the management company regarding two separate early check-in requests. They only responded to one of the requests. All of the furniture, mattresses, bedding and kitchenware was bought cheaply and it shows. There was no strainer in the kitchen for making pasta. The batteries in several of the remote controls were dead and there were no replacements. The drain in the main hall bathroom was badly clogged. There was a 12" snowstorm while we were there (a ski weekend). The plow driver didn't show up for the entirety of the next day and when he did, he only plowed out the very bottom of the driveway where it meets the street. While the management company always promptly responded to my inquiries about the above problems, no actual solution was every provided. For example, they offered to bring replacement batteries on the morning we were leaving. Needless to say, that's not helpful. I don't recommend staying here. For the money, you can find a more comfortable rental that is a much better value and experience.

A perfect ski house for our two families: 4 adults, 4 kids (ages 6-10). The layout is great for lounging and the mudroom is perfect to remove ski gear and store it all. Kitchen was well equipped and rooms were like a hotel!
